1. Ticket Purchases & Transfers

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in the event listing or required by law.

• Tickets are transferable: if you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by providing their name and contact information to us in advance.

• Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

2. Event Policies

• Entry requires a valid ticket. Guests may be asked to present proof of purchase and identification.

• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission at our sole discretion if a guest engages in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.

• Event details (including program, performers, venue, or timing) are subject to change. If significant changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders.

3. Cancellations & Postponements

• If an event is canceled by us, you will be offered either a refund or credit toward a future event.

• If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. Refunds are only available upon request if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

• Attendance is at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge that live events involve certain inherent risks (including but not limited to travel, weather, and venue conditions).

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calvert & Company is not liable for personal injury, property damage, lost items, or other losses arising from your participation in events or use of our Services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, marketing materials, and at events (including logos, designs, images, recordings, and written content) is owned or licensed by Calvert & Company.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in events shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” noted at the top. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
